Brief introduction:

   Mahdieh Eftekhari, Originally from Yasuj, Iran, I am an Assistant professor of Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical   Biotechnology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah, Iran, located in western Iran. Prior to that, I was an Assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tehran Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran. I received my PhD from the Department of Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmacy,Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran, in 2018, where my main advisors were professor Mohammad Reza Shams Ardekani and professor Mahnaz Khanavi.

Degrees:

      PharmD : Pharmacy, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan , Iran

   PhD :  Pharmacognosy, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, 2018

 Brief Skills and Expertise:

  • Research experiences in bio-active compounds separation, structure identification and biological assay
  • Experience in several biological effects, in vivo and in vitro
  • Experience in instrumental analysis such as GC/MS, NMR
  • Experience in preparing PMF (Product Master File) and physicochemical evaluation and characterization of natural medicine and herbal formulation
  • Good writing and oral skills, excellent organization and time management skills
