Brief introduction:

• Dr. Foroud Shahbazi received his PharmD degree from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Pharmacy Faculty. Then, He completed a four years’ clinical pharmacy residency at the Tehran University of School Science. Currently, he is a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist with a clinical practice on the inpatient Intensive Care Medicine at Kermanshah university of medical sciences. His research interests involve antimicrobial stewardship and neuro-intensive care.

       Ph.D. (2010- 2016): In Clinical Pharmacy, at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, School of Pharmacy.

    PharmD (2003-2010): Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, School of Pharmacy, Isfahan, Iran.
