Dr Zhila IezadiResearch InterestsRecent PublicationsContact Information Pharmaceutical Biomaterials Brief introduction: Dr. Zhila Izadi is Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Biomaterials at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences since December 2019. She is also as a researcher assistant in Department of Regenerative Medicine, Cell Science Research Center, Royan Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Technology, ACECR, Tehran. She graduated PhD in Pharmaceutical Biomaterials at Faculty of Pharmacy, Tehran University of Medical sciences (TUMS), Tehran, in August 2018. She completed his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in the field of Biochemistry and Biology respectively. Her research interests are mainly on Biomaterials, Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, Cancer Nanotechnology, and immunoengineering, Cell Transplantation and cell encapsulation. Her work has resulted in the publication of more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles, book and book chapter, one US patent pending, and more than 15 conference proceedings/talks. She has published in journals including Biomaterials, ACS chemical neuroscience, Journal of Alzheimer's Disease, Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology and Medicine, and Colloids and Surfaces B. She also serves as a member of editorial boards of Advanced Engineering Journal and a scientific reviewer for over 4 different journals, conferences.
